Please note:

People who are new to FFA and people who have some limitations and/or who have running related niggles and/or injuries - FFA will assess individually by checking biomechanics, physical ability and running gait beforehand. This needs to be done for health and safety reasons and to ascertain level of ability. To find out more on this and how Group training and Personal Training works please see the Way of Working (WoW) and/or the Initial Consultation page which includes a section on a possible run fit assessment for further details.
