December 2019
Can you believe we have reached the end of December! Clients have been busy training hard with very different goals in mind. Some have specific events in mind for both endurance and for charity, some for personal goals to increase fitness and well-being, and some to prepare themselves to look and feel good for this season's parties and social occasions. Training in the cold, wet and dark is never easy but I have been proud of each and every one of our clients for their commitment and dedication.
In this months Blog Spot we look back at some of the previous blogs from November as well as some new blogs from December to combat the effects of this busy season.
Having a solid fitness goal is a great way to power you towards success, but not all goals are created equal. While it's great to have an end-game in mind, there are some best practices which will help you on your way when it comes to goal setting. Whether you want to lose weight, improve your fitness level, or train for an event, putting the SMART method into action can help you achieve what you set out to do. Read how these SMART goals are put into practice in this FFA guide.
Congratulations to all FFA clients that took part in events over November and December. Why not get your diaries out and set one of these as your next target for 2020?
