I hope you are all enjoying this amazing weather.
Its been a busy month with PT sessions and very enjoyable with some of you reaching your summer fitness goals. I am still recovering from my rat race participation for The Wall, a race ill never forget! I've blogged about my experience for you all to read. Honestly, if you have ever though about doing an Ultra event just go for it, its such a unique experience.
Also this month my family took part at the Hercules event held at Merchant Taylor's School. It was a great local event and perfect for all the family no matter the age group. My daughter took part in the Tristar 2 Triathlon and my wife did the Triathlon sprint. They both did so well, I'm really proud!
